It's not an issue. This time i used cm patch for it.
Not here. Running it with tiny kernel.

Great rom so far running with Franco latest nightly.. A few questions though.
1. Is there a way to turn the CRT animation off?
2. The notifications Merope and Bootes are missing, any way to put them back?
3. Just a suggestion, you should add the speedometer battery icon from Carbon rom in, that thing looks great!
4. Any way to change the color of the navigation icons?

Go to your mobile network settings and make sure it's on LTE/CDMA. If not, change to that and reboot.
