Small in between question, anyone knows if or when CM would move to 4.3?

I think 4.3 will cause more harm than anything on our device because they will rely alot on NEON.
Because it's more optimized for devices supporting it...

Time will tell. I see no reason to be overly pessimistic just yet.

Source is out though. someone could try to make a pure aosp build while we're waiting for cm-next.

Not to get anyone's hopes up, but it looks like Mrcool212 is up to something 4.3ish. Or at least trying to

Sounds interesting, just wondering, do you still refer to any guide for building aosp on the tf101 I can't find a decent one anywhere.

Probably not a good start...

Cheers

Yes i am. I'm merging Android 4.3 commits from PA since i have my own repo.

For your information, i just added a new branch named jellybean_4.3 into the device tree. So we will start working with the new branch to make Android 4.3 compatible with TF101.

I came from EOS 4 which became Katkiss, which had problems after development of EOS 4 was shut down. Had to do a factory reset to get this ROM to fully work though. Before the reset for example the calendar did not update (showed up empty and could not be fixed whatever I tried), and the system behaved funnily here and there.

With a clean install I have to say I'm very impressed. Everything is very fast and smooth. And Cyanogenmod is very polished, and there are a million options to tweak, although by default everything seems to work pretty ok.

One suggestion: the Reboot menu could have a Reboot to bootloader option, like in EOs 4 / Katkiss. How it works there: first you select Reboot, then from a second dialog/menu reboot or bootloader etc.
