Yesterday on polish forum one of users shared a way to lock unlocked bootloader apparently.
Apparently means that it's not really locked, but it appears as locked untill next u-boot flashing.
I haven't found it on xda yet, so I share it. Credits go to wmk3.

1. First Omap4Boot [DEV][Bootloader] u-boot / omap4boot for P920/P720/P940 and its variant - xda-developers
2. Then fastboot fastboot on our L9 with omap4boot - xda-developers.
3. Here is where you should download x-loader and u-boot do L9. xda-developers - View Single Post - [Q] "Secure booting unsuccsessful"
4. Perform commands:
Code:
fastboot flash x-loader p1.bin
fastboot flash u-boot p2.bin
fastboot reboot
Now when you enter S/W Upgrade mode (Vol+ + plug USB) the caption "BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED" is gone.

This has been posted in several threads. I admit, it's not easy to find this kind of information. This will only temporarily (until you flash back an unlockable jellybean u-boot) make your system appear locked. Once the efuse is blown, you can't lock it back.

What about reboot OEM-lock? Though I wouldn't try it if it works and its like Motorola bootloaders a efuse may be blown never allowing it to be unlocked again...

Lol until you flash back a jellybean u-boot. That's what I mean by temporarily.
It's locked but it's not really locked, the efuse is still blown.

According to your post, I've edited first post not to confuse. Thanks.
