Probably yes, since faux kernels are usually overclocked with performance values and bloated with thousand of useless features.

I use faux 004 ES without overclock. About what "useless features" are you talking about? In my opinion it works pretty well, most of the time (85%) it use only 1 core with 384 freq. By the way I have custom UV (725uv) with 384 freq.

I have a question, I run the Franco Kernel on my Nexus 4 as a daily driver with a AOSP rom and works perfect. No on my flo I am running CleanRom 1.6 which is basicly stock but De-Odex'ed, so my question is this will work on that rom also right?

it doesnt matter odex or deodex rom, yes it will work.

Tried autoflash, still had the old kernel. Then I found the boot-r1.img in the FKU app and applied it. After reboot:
