Hi I tried to s-off my phone but now its stuck on the bootscreen. I was running 4.3 downgraded to trickdroid 4.1 and ran the s-off in the toolkit. It worked perfectly up to the reboot and now I'm stuck on the htc ONE screen! Any help would be appreciated!!!!

I think you should be on a fully stock ROM and recovery. Can you access the boot loader?

Hey man, I don't use the toolkit anymore. But, I want to thank you for making it -- without it, I wouldn't have been able to save my current phone from near certain brickage. It also taught me valuable adb and fastboot commands, which I now use nearly daily.

I'm glad it's helped you use adb and fast boot commands. It's a good thing to know. :) thanks for using it anyways! :)

I have stock rom 4.3 on HTC One International with hboot 1.55 and firmware 3.62.401.1: can I unlock BL by HTCdev.com, then install recovery and root my M7 without S-OFF? I don't need S-OFF.
Can I make S-OFF with hboot 1.55 and fw 3.62.401.1?
Or I shoud have S-OFF to back to stock (Lock again if something will be wrong with phone).

Sorry but s-off requires hboot 1.44 . So unlocking with htcdev is the way to go. But I recommend that you make a stock nandroid.

Fastboot boot recovery.IMG << don't flash it. And make a bakcup then root :)

But, what about runrunner? Can I use it to have S-OFF on hboot 1.55? I think, yes.
Onece again:
backup,
unlock my BootLoader with htcdev.com,
flash custom recovery
root with Super SU
then S-OFF with RunRunner?
And then install custom rom?

Thx

Ah yes. I apologize. ;) use runrunner, that way you don't need to make a nandroid. Rumrunner should unlock the boot loader as well..

So...
Rumrunner s-off
Custom rom

An 'end of life' release has been uploaded to fix the broken host issues. Thank you everyone!

Welcome to my HTC One Toolkit 3! :victory:

This is my new design and version. I'm not too sure if you'll like this but it looks less cluttered! :)

    Table of contents!

    Infomation
    Downloads are at the top.
    FAQ

    About the toolkit:

This is a very good looking toolkit with almost everything you would want to do with your shiny new HTC One! This should work on all models (conditions may vary ;) ).

This toolkit offers a 'one-click' method of:

    1. Using HTCDev to unlock the bootloader
    2. Using Revone to grant S-OFF to your phone
    3. Basic ADB commands to get you going
    4. Basic Fastboot commands to get you booting!
    5. Installing APKs
    6. Sideloading!
    7. Pushing!
    8. Installing Drivers! (optional)

The list could go on for about 2-3 more points but I'm lazy! (forgetful)

Please enjoy, and if you like. give me a :good:, also feel free to donate but don't feel that you need to this is FREE!!, I'll send you my gratitudes!! :good:
