I'm having the toughest time getting the soft shell off the back of the hard shell. Thus, I haven't been able to place my phone inside the case. What did you guys do in order to get the "soft" shell off of the hard shell? Thanks!

Got my Rugged Case today. Great feeling case but I have the front sensor issue. The screen stays off during a phone call. And first thing I did was remove the screen protector.

The problem I'm having is the other person can hear static and echoing of themselves when I put it on speakerphone. Another thing is when I put the phone in the holster it doesn't click into the clip but it works perfect facing screen out.

What color did you get? I got the pink/purple at first and had the same problem. Emailed the seller and they sent me a free black case and now the proximity sensor is not affected at all.

Even though its bulky, it can make your phone to last up to 2 days of heavy usage. I'm thinking of getting this one.

Honestly the bulkiness is not that bad. It reminds me of when I had a note 2 with a defender on it.

In the long run its far worth it as I'm able to get a 2+ day charge and keep my phone protected :)

I'm using ZeroLemon Rugged Case Black with iLoome Tempered glass! WOOT SUPER PROTECTION! I dropped it so many times oh god knows how many times. My phone is still scratch free screen and sides :D . The inner skeleton of this Case won't stick, but theres nothing a duck tape can fix:p

This is the setup I am toying with running as I have an iloome screen protector awaiting install after I try V2 of the case that purportedly has the screen protector issue fixed.
As you not running extended battery and using the plate (which won't stick)? I'm confused by "inner skeleton" comment.

I am using the 7500 mAh , I'm talking about the sides when you connect front and back innercase, the one that clicks when you put them together. One of them popped off. :p but over all, this is an awesome case.

from what you said is the only really bad thing is the screen protector if anything im just going to cut it out if i do not like it. i look at it this way it has to be safer than just using the TPU case for my 7500 mAh battery. :D

Couldn't resist this at $20, ordered a few hours ago on amazonUS and got a shipped email shortly after. Wish it had a kickstand on the case though, it's the only thing i'll miss about the cheap case i'm currently using. Also disappointing to hear the built in screen protector isn't tight against the screen, as the otterbox defender case I had on my s3 made it feel like an old resistive touch screen, still if it's an issue a sharp knife should fix it.

    Hello from ZeroLemon

For the screen protector, we do see some clients are having issues about it not sitting tight on the screen. We are happy to get those sorted for you. Please email us about this

    Thanks

Just ordered the rugged extended battery case from zerolemon. I'll be posting a full review in this thread as soon as I receive it. Hopefully I can retire my modded Defender now:D

Well mine arrived today and i'm pretty impressed with it, it appears well made and fits perfectly. Seems to add almost no extra bulk over the 7500mah tpu case, and actually looks better too. The screen protector is as bad as I thought it was going to be, doesn't sit tight against the screen and makes it feel like an old resistive screen, i've already removed it and will fit an ordinary screen protector. Cutouts are all perfectly placed and the volume and power buttons have a decent feel to them and require no extra or lesser pressure to operate. Overall, very happy with this.

I just got it yesterday. No review yet bit I figure some pics at least. The shell feels like tpu material as opposed to the silicon rubber used by most other rugged cases.
