phone hangs

The moment I activate lockscreen I run into phone hanging. I have finally been able to load and back up this ROM after 3 days. As long as I don't set lock screen slider actions pound i9100 for 4.4 is good. If I didn't have a back up of this ROM I wouldn't be writing this from this ROM. The ROM is great in all other respects. Also discovered just now that keyboard FCs while using swype.

I had expected that the Dev here written that he closed this project and not that a normal user inform us that this rom for s2 is dead and no support and updates are coming. It's were fair to the 3200 user that downloaded this rom and now is finish and we can search for a new other rom.
It was fair if the Dev here written a short message and inform us about the future with this rom.

Anybody knows a good alternative Rom?

Thanks, I have found xda thread and will switch to omni.... I'm so angry that this rom here is dead and that the Dev is going without any information for more than 3000 users.
If I had know that this project are dead, never I had take so many time to make it for my working rom.

Good by........

AFAIK he never ever provided any info here at all. It was a user who found it on sourceforge who started the thread.

I haven't changed device yet, and this rom is weekly build, not daily build.

There appear to be a couple bugs in the language selection menu:

There's two entries that seem essentially null.

The second character in the entry for Japanese is wrong. Its not even a japanese character. The developer seems to have rather strong views on the Dokdo/Takeshima issue so this might be some odd form of political protest (introducing bugs into his own work as political protest seems strange to me but /shrug) though.

I never touched font files, and I don't hate Japaneses.
I don't know why you're thinking that way. lol

I have no problem with Japanese language(see screenshots), but I don't know about missing 2 languages.

first two screenshots are taken from test build(11/27), last screenshot is taken from 11/24 build

Just based on stuff in your sourceforge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/dokdo-project/
Sorry if I misinterpret.

My screenshots were from your 11/24 build. 100% full wipe (system/data/cache) before install, no data restored afterward. No idea why screens would be different. Its SC-02C not i9100, but SC-02C is 99% the same (like SHW-250 models, japanese tv tuner instead of fm radio).

    POUND ROM

    Hi to all:

First, all credits goes for lion0738, developer of Pound Rom.
I'm only posting here because i find this rom by casualty in SourceForge and is excellent!
i'm not a developer, i'm only sharing this valuable information because i didn't find here.

Pound ROM is a Korean Rom, but with many languages available. I'm using it in spanish.

-> Need to flash this ROM with a cm10.2 or newer kernel for best results.
-> Is recommended to wipe all (data - system - cache) before flash
(only dirty flash this rom if you coming from older nightly).
-> If you have much valuable apps and data DO CWM BACKUP after flash anything.
-> Before install this ROM you could restore your apps and app's data with Nandroid Manager or similar program.

    ROM Specs and hightlights:
    • Cyanogenmod 11 (4.4.2 KOT49H)
    • Aroma Installer (user can remove apps, home and mods prior installing)
    • Gapps included
    • Very stable
    • own kernel with stweaks (Cpu control/Voltage/BLN/Sound tweaks)
    • BLN
    • AOKP custom system animations
    • r3p2-01rel3 patch included
    • appbar
    • recent ram bar (since 201311220)
    • multitask menu
    • normal and linaro version (you choose)
    • odexed framework and apps (since 20131124 build)
    • and most important... all works.

    Link: http://sourceforge.net/projects/poundrom/
    Files: http://sourceforge.net/projects/poundrom/files/cm11.0/

    Latest build: http://sourceforge.net/projects/poundrom/files/latest/download

Consider this ROM as weekly build, and please, don't ask for ETA. Thanks.

If you get metadata_recursive error, flash first this kernel:
    http://www.mediafire.com/download/ka8qv3l5x9vu49h/kernel-cm-10.2-20131112-i9100-signed.zip
and then reboot recovery and flash the ROM

Thanks, I have found xda thread and will switch to omni.... I'm so angry that this rom here is dead and that the Dev is going without any information for more than 3000 users.
If I had know that this project are dead, never I had take so many time to make it for my working rom.

    Good by........

    I9100 Tapatalk 4, Rom1 Pound Rom 4.4 Kitkat

I haven't changed device yet, and this rom is weekly build, not daily build.
