Since our machine has super limited ram, its kind of PITA to have modern apps running in our device like EzInput, TaskManager, etc which require to running in background as service which consume RAM. Just keep in mind, this machine is still not power enough for us to have full windows mobile experience (Kaiser use same processor but it runs better with more ROM & RAM). Thats why HTC only limit it to run SnapVue because they limit the RAM & functionality on WM side.
We need to close other running apps to run another apps to free up ram.

GPS Router
GPS2Blue is a program made by Paludour. You can check his website here:

He allowed me to add this program to ROMeOS, as you must normally download the cab from his site. When you are connected with usbtools to vista, click on this gps2blue icon, and you can receve the gps on vista if you follow this guideline:

This rom is free for all but simple registration is needed at my site romeos.monx.biz
Make sure your machine has been flashed with cmonex's HardSPL.

WARNING: The safe pagepool size is 4 & 6 only. Dont set other values or ur device will act weird. Use at ur own risk. To recover from any problem, please flash last known working rom with cmonex shift flashtool.

This ROM has basic phone function (+ stk,ussd) & gps
Since our device have really limited ROM & RAM, all ingredients must be selected carefully.
Excessive resources may cause device hang & hard-reset continuously.
So, some cabs are available as additional which were pre-configure to suit ROMeOS look & feel.

First of all, nice looking ROM, fantastic icon set !

1 - after ROM install, the "customization" part with progress bar looped for too long (10 mins) hard reset fixed that problem.
2 - after adding activesync information, snapvue is not working anymore, and device goes to 96% memory use, just to try and activesync/ SnapVue now dead.
3 - Tried everything to get SnapVue back, won't let me. Now I need another hard reset. (Tried enable/disable in Today, reset)
4 - The top button which normally shows connection type like E,G.H,3G is red and stays red even though it's connected to HSDPA
5 - Enable HSDPA setting is OFF by default. ON would be great.
6 - The folder ""internet "" is empty. Maybe put lnk to IE6.1
7 - No Highresolution available in (old) IE mobile

I'm now hardresetting again and see if activesync exchange really kills snapvue.

Don't get me wrong, If I didn't like this ROM I wouldn't post this!

UPDATE - Windows Mobile side fried. Won't do a thing anymore. The ROM usually froze after I used some applications.
Right now, I'm pretty much screwed as removing battery and hardreset both don't work. No way to flash any ROM now.
Have to send it in for repair I'm afraid.

Hi friend,
For issues no 1-4, never happen to me. It seems ur ram drained & fried.
Did u changed the pagepool? Forgot to warn, dont change the pagepool. the ram memory will leaking like hell.

5- Will do in next version.
6- It supposed to have IE in it. Where did u get the IE link if internet folder is blank.
7- IE / IE6 will consume high memory. Why not use opera mini? I will upload addons cab later. Dont use IE to download the opera jar file, use manual step to download to vista side, & copy the jar manually. Install jbed > restart > install opera mini.

For your last problem, please download latest shagcontrol from htc site which u can hard-reset thru it. or flash any rom/original rom using cmonex flashtool.

Again, the rom is fully tested with unbranded HTC Shift. use at ur own risk.

Ok bang, tapi kenapa nak tuka band tu? bole kongsi pengalaman? Pakai Celcom HSDPA off lagi ok + UMTS band. Sy guna celcom broadband prepaid.

BTW, will restore that function on next version.
