HI Run Enthusiasts,

Who is running? and which Bluetooth heart rate monitors are you using with your Samsung galaxy s3 Mini?

Can any one recommend this one or is there a cheaper one out?

Hello I actually do not run. But my Dad use this heart rate app. Instant Heart Rate is the most accurate Heart Rate Monitor app for any smartphone and it does not need any external hardware.
