CyanogenMod and camera flash

Can someone with CyanogenMod confirm that camera flash is working. I've 32GB N1 and the flash is at automatic but the setting is grayed and not changing. Also I never took an actual picture with flash.
The led is working while I don't have any problems with the flashlight.

fine for me too, camera in both front and back positions.
Is there a setting to turn on the camera app automatically if you rotate the camera to front?

Running: cm-10.2-WPPH50O-n1

I think that's a ColorOS exclusive feature for now

I'm a gnote 3 user retail. I'm gonna be getting another phone soon and I would like some input on the oppo n1. Should I get this device or not? Which phablet would you recommend?

The Oppo N1 is an excellent phablet but I can only recommend it if you know your way around flashing ROMs.
To be fair though I haven't spend any significant time with ColorOS to be able to evaluate it properly.
But the last week I've tried Omnirom and CM11 nightlies and they are both great ROMs.
Ultra fast and KitKat (4.4.2)
