I think he has a rooted Note 2 with 4.1.2 and therefore he couldn't get OTA. He asked how does he update to 4.3...

Yes that is correct

I'm rooted and I'm unable to update. I got a custom kernel and recovery. Other then that, everything else is stock.

If you want just stock then download it from Sam mobile firmwares and flash with odin. There are a couple of stock flashable roms in the n7105 section but they all require a custom kernel for wifi. Personaly I'm using ditto note and loving it. Just download and flash through any custom recovery
