The problem is not Samsung.. but the Indian CSC. I think that the only way is don't use this rom.

it's a very good rom but if I will have to do a flash for same reason I will change the rom... I'm obliged.

It will be the solution... but in this case mannyvinny should change it in the next version.

[Guide]How to change CSC
How to change CSC

JellyKat comes with default Indian csc. Hence it will send ONE time registration sms to Indian number. So,for those uncomfortable with Indian CSC,follow this guide-

Unzip the ROM and then navigate to "system\csc" folder. There you will see many regions csc. Open any folder of your choice(region) except Indian(INU) and then open system/csc. There you will see 4 files namely-contents.db,customer.xml,other.xml and sales_code.dat. Copy them all and paste to parent system/csc folder. Now zip the rom again and flash.
That's it. This will change your default Indian csc to your selected csc.
Note-Do not edit any files except above mentioned files or else there would be conflict.
Now use dr.ketan's multitool to enable desired csc features because following above guide will replace all csc features back to default.

If you want to have all my csc features after changing csc, follow this-
Open others.xml file and copy all contents till last starting from . This will enable all JellyKat csc features.

That's the problem, each flash of this rom send a message to indian number.

Esattamente è quello il problema.. in pratica ad ogni flash viene mandato un sms su un numero indiano
