[Q] Can't Fastboot

So went factory reset not cant fastboot, load or anything most I get is apx mode...
Frozen on droid with taskbar and can't/wont go past it.

I have tried:
vol down and power
vol down and reset
vol down pwr and when seeing unlock on top left of screen tap vol up.

no love

Any help would be greatly appreciated...................

"...droid with taskbar": what taskbar? You talking about the icons on the initial screen?

If you wiped the thing with the wipe data icon and you're on custom rom or recovery, or did factory reset within Settings, that's bad news. The only time you can help yourself when your tab can't go past the initial screen and the only mode available is APX, is when you have the NVflash files generated beforehand. Without them, there's no solution I know of for a hard-bricked device otherwise.
