It's completely fixed! No apps (so far ) have crashed and i'm able to happily play my games again! sigh. that was refreshing.

Thank you to everyone! i will edit my first post to outline what i did and how i fixed it, finally....

during saferoot process your suppose to update SU then continue with finishing up the root process..took me several hours to figure this errors now since I figured this out

That... Actually makes sense. When I used safe root I didn't check for any other updates because I assumed the program took care of that for me. That and because when I opened su there were no notifications to update. So maybe that could be a solution as well.
