please help in spotting fake or real!!

I found this one in quikr.com

I emailed him to exchange ace plus and i will pay more 12000 rupees and he said at the first shot that ok it's a deal (I have not ordered yet)
He is willing to exchange Xperia z ,z ultra,z1,Galaxy s4 At 12000 rupees in exchange of ace plus..!!
What should I do?????

You need to explain better cause it looks like your asking us is the Sony a fake.
Why did you not ask on Sony forum?

it is in fact real.. i think he got it on contract and then bot it down to india

so there mite be some lock.. but a gud deal!

GALAXY S4 GT-I9505 LTE Scratch

I have below problem with my GALAXY S4 GT-I9505 LTE:
Drop outs of reception on phone during calls in various area's.
Sim network antenna disapear and shows a circle with a line in it and then restart automatically.
Screen goes on and off and then reboot.
I reset it to factory.also take external SD cart and set mobile network mode to GPS only but problem did not rectified.
Also full flash was not helpfull.
Cell phone is made in korea by samsung and battery serial number is YS1D720PS/2-B.
