I am not sure if the data partition of my HTC One is corrupted or not.

But I noticed the following while listening to music.

Scenario 1) Stock HTC player. Music would sometimes randomly stop. I cannot skip within the track. Say I try to move it to 30s or 48s into the track. The song would stop and reset to 0s. This would occur for all the songs on my phone.

Scenario 2) Google Play Music. Same thing as above to test that it wasnt just stock HTC player

So once I arrived at the office. I moved all photos/videos, and music over to my computer. All of them load up fine and can skip perfectly on the PC.

Then I deleted all those files on my phone, and re copied them back. same story as above. Would say invalid file, blah blah. cant skip. but if i just hit play, the song would play, but no skipping.

I then attempted to reflash my rom ARHD 52, and kernel, one at a time to see if any of them affected it, but it always occurred.

Is this due to a corrupted data partition?

Last night I also flashed the new firmware 4.19.401.9 from .8, it did freeze for like 10s at one point, which DID scare me a little, could that have affected it?

needed information
kernel ElementalX 13
Dev edition 64gb

Thanks if anyone has any insight into this!
