You will get more help if you list the model, firmware, recovery, etc. that you are using and are as detailed as possible.

It is a LG G2 d800 with TWRP 4.2.2 and recovery ....

TWRP 4.2.2? No such thing. My suggestion is for you to find the sticky to flash back to stock and then to not play with your phone until you know more. Read, Read, Read.

From twrp power down by going into reboot/power off.
Hold vol up button and plug in phone.
