I think that feature isn't related only by apk, but also with their related files.

Dark Lord CE version have wonderful option to convert characters to English charset for cost saving.
I use mostly messages so this is great problem for me.

Which region?
CE and Portugal don't have .199 yet.
I can see Greece (1266-0473) region has already .199. Maybe in Greece they need this conversion feature to write sms, but I don't really know...

status 7 error.
Need help. The phone is now stucked at the 'SONY' screen and is unable to go into recovery. Any solutions to this?

Ive had this before, my solution was to hold the power and the volume up buttons for about 10 seconds this will shut down your phone, then you either need to flash an ftf stock rom or try pc companion to re-install a new rom. Good luck

Since it's the official release it will work on both Locked and Unlocked bootloader

Instructions. Please follow carefully!

1. Install JB 4.1.2.
2. Root.
3. Install CWM.
4. Now enter in CWM
5. Wipe cache, dalvik cache and do a factory reset.
6. Now install the ROM.
7. Once finished installing the ROM, you have to flash immediately the UPDATE-SuperSU.
8. Now reboot your device.
9. Done
10. Enjoy the official 4.3 fw

**Skip steps 1-3 if you are already using a custom JB rom with CWM or a CM based rom that already has a kernel with integrated cwm

great work! I should have searched you earlier... at the moment, i've installed the latest version... and i'm 'fine-combing' the forums for any help on rooting this FM version for Xperia V (LT25i).

perhaps, you're already working on this new FM, if so, then will patiently wait... i badly need a rooted version so i can use SQLite to tweak the limit number of SMS sent...

sorry about the quote dude... i realize things can look really messy on the board with long quotes.

yup, there are versions out there, but problem is that either they're still with the previous FM and I'm trying to resolve the latest one on the V.

rizal_lovins (http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2678668) postd a deodexed version. but he requires:

- Installed Stock Firmware Jelly Bean 4.3 Build 9.2.A.1.199
- Recovery Installed

this looks fine. BUT i can't seem to go around the fact of installing the latest FM, when flashing it makes me lose what I have done in JB 4.1.2. unless there's something i'm not following right.

so even if i have the latest FM installed, i can't flash rizal_lovins image since i no longer have CWM installed. with a locked bootloader (NOT ALLOWED STATUS - ouch!), there ain't much i can do either.

at the present, i'm downloading what you have generously worked on, even though it's a previous FM, i'm willing to flash it if only to give me root privileges, and even without CWM for the time being... though would be great to have one that's working on LT25i coz i could flash updates of SuperSU

Sony Album App Play Memories Integration

everything works really fine. but when I used the offical ROM before,without ROOT, I had the new Play Memories Integration in the official 'Sony Album App 6.1.A.0.14' that syncs pics automatically.

Uploaded two pictures for comparison (before and after flashing with root). did I miss something? integrated auto upload function in camera app is also gone. :crying:
