T-mobile LG G2 ota won't install

I have the white lg g2 not rooted. Every timeout get the kit kat update via ota I try to install it and the phone proceeds as it should but then after attempting install it nothing happens. It he phone is still on 4.2.2.

I have tried to factory reset via the phone software and doing it via the bootloader and re attempting the install but nothing. Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue. Black G2 though.

Update downloads, phone restarts, update installs, phone restarts again, still on 4.2.
