Problem with pc suite

Hi I have an lg g pad with android 4.2.2 and I have installed the pc suite but when I connect my device on pc It wasn't able to recognize it in lg pc suite modality... With the mtp or ftp is ok as well of the otg mode... I have tryied to reinstall the drivers but nothing..

Make sure you tap the PC suite connection in setting on you G pad not USB mine take a while to see it

I have tryied anything from the tablet but nothing I think the problem is on the pc because it says no drivers found.... But I have installed them
