Hello, im bernando, i have a problem and i hope someone here know how to fix it.
Im using HTC One and now using an Indonesian provider. For the last 3 days i've had some connectivity problem. Whenever i turned data connection on everything worked fine, i can browse, my new bbm and line messages popped up like some normal phone, but all those things now happened for only around HALF MINUTE / 30 SECONDS ! after that only the UP arrow of mobile data arrows lit up and my phone acted just like it had no connection.
I've been lookin around google and never found any solution. My friends with the same carrier didnt have this problem and its driving me nuts ! I've been to the provider customer service and they gave me a new sim card but nothing changed.
also, i dont think its an APN problem.
So please someone help me, 4 days without normal connection is just frustrating, especially it happened to my first flagship phone.
