greetings from malaysia. Currently im using samsung galaxy tab 3 7.0 (model number sm t211, android version 4.1.2, baseband number t211xxanb1). My question is can this model able to upgrate or convert to sm t215 variant which has LTE capability..?

As with every other color refresh, the specs remain the same. You get a 7-inch 1024×600 display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 3-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front camera, 8GB of internal memory and a microSD slot, Wi-Fi, HSPA, GPS, and Bluetooth connectivity, a 4,000mAh battery, and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, upgradeable to Android 4.2.2.
The article says it's upgradable. Still depends if Samsung will release 4.2.2. If they do it'll still be Touchwiz so I'll be sticking with RocketTab and holding my breath for CM.
There seems to be a 4.2.2 for a really similar device already.
