The process is incorrect.
You can root up to version .254. You can't root .201 or .266.
by the method you stated.
To root .201 or .266, you can install one of the customised roms (see android dev section)
Some roms required unlocked bootloader. Others do not. So read the instructions carefully.
I am current on rooted 201 using this ROM:http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2658043
(version 2.1 - you install v2 then update with v2.1 on top).
You will still need to downgrade to older version so that you can get root and recoveries before you can install the above rom
