Hello my friends

I just bought galaxy note 2014 WiFi 32gb p600

The problem is the internal system memory takes about 13gb !!!

As you see in attachment

I try to reflash the rom with the latest one it's the same thing

Also try to flash with pit file I searched and try them it failed to flash because they are not signed

Any idea guys over here are appreciated

If it's easy I'd suggest you take it back and replace it, you've clearly been sold someone else's return after they've stuffed it up. You read enough on here about how people bugger up their tabs then return them hoping the retailer won't notice what they've done. Mine is packed with apps and system memory is less than 6gb.

Thanks for answering me
Actually I bought it over seas
That's the problem
How do I know what did they stuff it with so I use root explorer to delete it if it's easy
Or pit file signed with reparation so I fix it
