If you are talking about Tinted statusbar , you can download it in Xposed Modules

why the home screen took the color of the app i opened ??

example when i inter in the contacts and press the home button the status bar color in the home screen turned into a blue

Make sure you don't tick Link status and nav bar color

what did you change exactly in Tinted Statusbar to make it darker?
Because I change the first option just the color of battery and clock changed

Click on the red marked area and just set the code #ff014753 and hit "Apply"

Tinted Status Bar is not what is causing your excessive battery drains.

Literally no one else has ever reported this about any Xposed module.

I suggest using a battery stays app to see what is really the cause of your issue.
