Very interesting. I also submitted the issue to the HD Widgets author as a bug, but this is an interesting work-around in the meantime. I guess I'll have to break out apktool and see if I can understand where (and why) the HTC picker is filtering that stuff out.

On M7 work fine with gestures but can't add htc clock

Would it be safe to say that if I want Google Play Music lock controls back on the lock screen, that the widget picker would be the way to do that?

Great mod but it disables double tap to sleep any way to get that function back?
