I had a Nokia 1520 that uses nano SIM, the phone got damaged on a fall . As like large phones and could not buy the same phone at the store as I am still under contract. I decided to buy an Ultra in great conditions almost on a bargain.

Now I am hearing that the Ultra does not work well with SIM adapters and I may have to go change SIM's etc

Is this true any help

Yes, the Ultra uses MicroSIM and not Nano. Call your carrier and get them to send you a new SIM. It's usually free (depending on country) or you can go to a carrier store and they'll make a new SIM for you for free (it takes 2 minutes), and again.. this depends on country.

Solution: Get a new SIM from your carrier.

Corporate stores should give you one, authorized retailers can set their own policy. Either way there should not be a charge to activate it, if you need to you can call customer care with the numbers off Sim and have it activated.
