File .zip cwm in file .zip stock recovery

hello all,
you can convert the file to be attached to me a file cwm in a file flashable with the stock recovery, please let help me
I tried to change the name of the file to update.zip, but the stock recovery gives me error: (
you can't flash zip file using stock recovery it will give signature error
it is only flashable using cwm
so you can not create one flashabile with the stock recovery, with the same files??
you don't understand what i am telling
you should flash cwm recovery to flash this file
