Firmware upgrade encountered an issue - sm-t210

I have no clue what i did with it, but this is on the screen:

Odin Mode
Product name: SM-T210
Current Binary: Custom
System Status: Custon
HW REV: 0x5

It has an image like: Tablet......Yellow triagle with an ! in it.....Computer.

Under that it has the text: Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again. But Kies can't connect to the device. I have no clue what i did all ....

Experts please help !!!

You need to reflash original firmware which you will find via sammobile.

Just restart odin and flash again its happened to me when i accidentally plug out usb cable to my pc... So when i reboot i had the same situation so i reflash again

I have this but I can't get back into download mode or recovery mode and when I connect the tablet to the PC, the tablet keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.

Any advice very welcome. Failing that, I'll buy a LG G pad 7 LOL
