is there a kernel that will let me over/underclock? can you please link? I couldnt find it in the development section

I am using the stock kernel that comes with the stock ROM and with KControl diagnostics it shows that the CPU can change frequencies, governor, scheduler and more. Have you tried changing the frequency with the stock kernel, yet?
yeah you can change settings but it's still governed to a set maximum and minimum. I'm looking to go beyond those limits
