It still says the current version is valid till 1 july,14.

can anyone help why is it so.

The beta is newer than the Playstore version. Either keep the beta or uninstall it and then reinstall from the playstore.

Recordings are lost after trial period ended
The recordings have been lost as soon as the trial period ended.

The recordings were in CallRecorder/ and I could see them in the file manager and also in the CallRecorder app.
Now the CallRecorder app informs to uninstall and buy the paying version of the app. By uninstalling I will probably lose once and for all the files.

Is there any way to recover my old recordings?
Is it a feature to erase the recordings once the trial period ends?

No, the app doesn't remove recordings from /sdcard

So, SGS4 and 5, Nexus4 and 5 all are on the Snapdragon chipset, do they record without distortions and without loudspeaker, or better just buy SGS3?

If you have any encrypted recordings with this key - you won't able to recover them unless you recall the password.

To delete the password:
1. Uninstall the app
2. Remove or rename callrecorder.key from /sdcard/voix (If you have encrypted recordings - it's better to backup a key, probably you'll recall the password somewhen)
3. Install the app again
4. Create a new key

Turn off noise cancellation and it works fine.
persist.audio.fluence.voicecall=true -> persist.audio.fluence.voicecall=false
open build.prop and change it manually, or use the "build prop editor" app from the google store.
Install the trial and see if it works for you, it does for me on a rooted stock 4.4.3 Nexus 5.
