Asking never harms

Two issues I see with this:
1) No source code. We are not going to include a prebuilt closed-source app in Omni unless it's required for a device to work at all and came from an OEM (example here being some of the Nexus 5 APKs.). As an FYI this is why SuperSU is still not included. (Chainfire was going to work on an opensource version but never had the time.)
2) It seems to behave differently than our soundpacks manager, since it's for any rooted device. As such it could cause unexpected problems with Omni. An improved UI/UX for the soundpacks manager would be great if someone wants to submit that to our code review system as an enhancement.
