I tried flashing the mahdi rom and this happened. so i try going back to stock and it downloads and installs the T-mobile rom and to add to this my imei is now gone, help?

Do you have a backup from when you 1st rooted & was on stock ROM? And if you used ioroot to root the phone it makes a backup of the EFS folder...

have you tried to restore to stock using LGUP_8974.dll to bypass model check?
It successfully bypasses the model check but i get download failed and "CrossDL D800 to D800"
