GUMMY
Gummy ROM is made for speed, stability and to stay as closely in line with AOSP as possible while still supporting a large amount of devices and giving you all of the features you love. It isn’t slowed down by features you’ll never use nor is it so slim as to be just another AOSP build.

External speaker not working only for the Droid MINI, work fine with additional Zip.
I am using a Maxx unlocked and rooted. From what I understand the Ultra and Maxx run the same ROMs so I would assume if it works on my Maxx it should work on your Ultra.
Yes it should work. I haven't tried the latest update but the previous release worked... As long as your unlocked.
please add XT1030 support to Gummy Rom file
I use at XT1033 Gummy from first day.
now I need modify Gummy Rom file META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script - getprop("ro.product.device") == "" || getprop("ro.build.product") == ""
and add to navigation bar button - menu to long press resent button

This problem have only Droid mini. You can use CM sound patch only delete build.prop from the patch.
