I'm using a custom ROM on my Xperia S, FX5280 V3.9.6 and I've used your keyboard to replace the Chinese keyboard.
However, in some applications like Tasker the swipe does not work and in some fields the letters do not appear.
That would be a problem with the keyboard app? How can I fix this?

are all emoticons available when I use the keyboard in portrait touchpad mode? or are they only available in normal mode?
CM11 from LegacyXperia on Mini. After Recovery installation and reboot, the keyboard is not available.

It can be installed as a normal APK file on any Android 4.0.3+ device (no root needed).
Downloading language dictionaries will work if your CPU is ARM v6 or v7 / v7a based (most CPUs besides Intel are supported).
Note: on Android 4.0.3, the default emoji font supports very few emojis (10-15 in total from what I've seen on an 4.0.3 emulator)
Also, on Android earlier that 4.4, the emojis are monochrome only (no colors)
Also, on some screen resolutions the "one-handed keyboard" does not look as intended.
You can manually push the emoji font that niaboc79 created to /system/fonts (root is required for this)
Note: If you install this as a normal APK, it will not overwrite your original Xperia keyboard, but wil be installed beside it.
(Package name of the original is com.sonyericsson.textinput.uxp and the package name of this one is com.sonyericsson.textinput.uxp2

6This port is wonderful... with my xperia u with devswift1 Rom everything it's ok with only a little glitch in wizard already reported here (http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=49741368&postcount=7) and this font missing http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=49768835&postcount=44.... but i've found a solution for show all the emoji:
- download and install https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.quinny898.app.emojiinstaller&hl=en_GB
- start the app and install both basic emoji font and better font
- now the app require a reboot...so reboot the phone
- after reboot go in system/fonts and rename EmojiFont.ttf in EmojiFont2.ttf and AndroidEmoji.ttf in EmojiFont.ttf
- extract AndroidEmoji.ttf from niaboc79's zip file and copy in system/fonts (or reflash the keyboard port)
- check the permission of the three fonts file (should be rw-r-r)
- go in system/etc and open fallback_fonts.xml and search for this line
