Does anyone know of a way to......

Well let me tell you whats going on here.
I have a win98 that has some old software that I NEED and I dont have the disc for them. And is there a way to compile a iso for them and install on the new computer!

well yeah.

If you download all the programs you want and make an iso with magic iso

But they would install all at once you would have to install them seperatly

If you mean compile an ISO for the software that's already installed? No, I don't think that's possible because of the registry changes that a lot of software makes upon installation. You can always download them from various sources ;) (which we're not allowed to discuss).

You mean run programs off the disc?

Thats possible. It can be done from a pen drive. But they might not always work.

Ya I am trying to have some programs on windows 98 and put on my vista. Its an old DOS prgm. Didnt know if I just switched over there files if it would work. But this one computer is about to dine and I need them....

Ye just get the programs and burn them to a disc. Heres the difficult part. You could try and run them in vista or make a windows 98 virtual machine like i use.
