Disclaimer: I accept no responsibility if your device gets bricked in the process of rooting it, I have tried it and works perfectly on my Ubislate 7Cx.
Now as we have established the ground rules lets turn towards the method.
I have not developed the softwares used and I accept no credits as it is a complete no brainer process.
Ubislate 7Cx is the one with no camera and no wifi(Yeah, Its hard to survive without it) and costed me 3999/- rupees on March 14th.
The unit is rooted with a One click root tool called "Unlock Root"
Requirements
I) Ubislate 7Cx ( 4.0.4 )
II) Data cable
III) A Windows System
Step I Download unlock root from Here
Step II Install the application.
Step III Connect your tab to the Computer with Debugging mode one ( Settings>>Developer Options>> Dubugging On.)
Step IV Start the application, following screen will appear.
For you it will only say Ubislate 7Cx, I have edited my build prop.
Step V Click on root, it will ask you if you want to install a battery saver. It is your choice both ways rooting will proceeds.
Step VI Do Not Disconnect the device unless a pop up saying rooting complete is seen.
Step VII The device will be rooted with SuperSU
