I do make backups already. I shouldn't have to though. It should still be listed in the play store.

On your phone, if you go to the "My apps" page, you'll notice that there is an "all" tab that you can slide to (or tap). You'll find Talon in there, somewhere, and you will be able to install from there.

1. It's not supposed to.
2. The new version requires Android 5.0 lollipop, so you cannot install the new version on kitkat. When your phone gets an update to lollipop, the app will be installable.
I'm using an app, "Purchased apps" to keep track of everything I've purchased through my Google account.
Through this one, I could find back the Talon app in the play store.

Mine is not listed at all under my apps and I have it installed. If I flash another rom it won't be available to download from the play store at all at this point. Removing it completely is not gonna work.

I just did a factory reset this afternoon and talon reinstalled after I ran through setup. And, I just checked - Talon is listed in the "All" tab on my apps in the play store on the phone.
It was also on the list of my apps on the play store web site on a PC browser. http://goo.gl/LmBqjL
I don't know what to tell you guys but it is definitely not listed in my apps. It's not in the "all apps" section either.
How about the link I posted above on a pc browser? That should go right to the Talon classic app and will allow you to install on any of your registered devices.
That does work. I downloaded the app mentioned earlier and shows the listing too. I just wish it would show in my app lists. It doesn't make sense that an installed app doesn't show up.
The app is delisted on mine. Just did a factory reset (not because of this no worries).
Managed to install it via web url linked to Play Store.
But unable to login as it is "unable to authenticate any more users at this time".
Okay...I paid for it. So.....

What'll happen when the Lollipop version runs out of twitter tokens?
I doubt that I will ever release a new version to the play store again. I think at 3.99 and lollipop only though, this version should be alright for quite a while
