I just downloaded the NRT v.1.9.9 and it seems that i can`t make it to work.

1) it can`t autodetect devices. tried with a N7(2013) and a N5.

2) when I try to update the files for the devices, I get a "mismatch" for file hashes for boot.img file and TWRP recovery file.

Can somebody else confirm this, or is it just me?
Drivers are installed correctly? Mismates are bad downloads try again till works

didn't meet certain requirements, like the bootloader

Hi all, I was running 4.4.4 and got in a bootloop (god knows why and how). It was quite some weeks ago, untill I recently found about this method. I formatted my PC (yes, clean driver install and everything - my PC was really messy) and installed the appropriate drivers. I flashed + unrooted using 5.0.1, and everything "worked fine", but my device keeps rebooting :/ So I now have a 5.0.1 bootloop... any help is much apreciated :)

But i'm stuck in a bootloop, and I can't enter recovery mode (it stops in a black screen).

I just updated to the latest version of the toolkit and I'm trying to find the option to force no wipe when flashing a factory imagine can you tell me where that went off to?

To the "Flash Stock Interface". Just hit the flash stock button.

I moved it there because its more intuitive.. But now everyone's asking me where it went, lol. I can't win. :)

What you need to do is change the message that is displayed before you enter that menu because it says the option completely wipes your device it should say (unless no-wipe mode is enabled in the next menu) or something like that I never clicked ok for fear I'd accidentally wipe myself LOL.

Ahh. Thank you. I forgot to edit that message box. Will do.

We win with everything you do with the toolkit so consider that a win. However, if we've been using the kit for a long while, we're past the "intuitive" concept to "the old usual and comfortable." Not your fault. The message about "wipe unless...." did need to be included. I came to check it out before just fastboot flashing the latest update. Now I can go back to the toolkit.:victory:

Unlocking, rooting, relocking and unrooting simplified! (and much more!)

VERSION 2.1.4 - This program will automatically bring together all the files you need to unlock and root your device in a few clicks, or flash it back to stock and re-lock it. You can also use this program to backup/restore all your important data, flash zips, set file permissions, push and pull files, install apps, generate logcats/bugreports, and much more! With the included file association options, you can perform tasks like flashing zips, installing apps, restoring android backup files, and flashing/booting img files with just a double click! The program includes a full featured interface for automating tasks in TWRP, enhanced restore features, an in-built auto-updater/notification system, ‘any build’ mode, advanced restore features,’NRT- Live Log’ for viewing the adb/fastboot cmds that are run in the background, quick tools utilities, and tools for taking screenshots/screen-recordings. All the latest official Android builds and Nexus devices are supported. The program intelligently and selectively downloads the files it needs for your device and makes sure you are using the latest files available. The program can even auto-detect your device and build. This release brings full Marshmallow root support plus all automated features by utilizing a new system that no longer requires modified boot.imgs. Check out the updated changelog for a more comprehensive breakdown of the feature set and changes in this release.

~ my goal for this project is make the entire process as smooth and simple as possible ~

Hey guys/girls - I know I have been a bit MIA on XDA, but I am still around :)

If I missed any of your posts - my bad. I will try to back track through this thread.

NRT v2.0.7 is out now with support for all the new marshmallow builds, and a whole big script on my end to keep supporting new ones as they come out. NRT v2.0.6 had some bugs - so I am sorry if any of you were having complications with that release.

Make sure you update the kit to the latest masterlists via the update button, or letting it auto update on start (as of this post the latest are 3092). Cheers! Enjoy!
