Roms do not update your firmware, so go ahead and flash the latest firmware first ?

Hey Andy. Really appreciate the ROM but 4.0 is stuck at networkprovider FC. It FCs every 2 seconds and makes it impossible to browse the ROM. :S
I'll have logcat in a minute.
EDIT: I'm on HK Sprint edition running KK firmware. I can't update to Lollipop firmware until HK OTA hits.

Clean flashed 4.0 got 2 fc's from ItsOn on first boot nothing since.
Update it happens after every reboot.

same here for me dirty and a clean flash i get the network FC on HK edition. Plus using the mod pack it wont even boot pass the One logo screen
I'm on 4.4.4 h/k firmware.. haven't had any issues so far.. well I had to install viper audio to fix htc music app when screen is off, haven't flashed mod pack yet

Are you using Sprint network? Just curious. Trying to narrow down what's causing issue.

Thanks for pushing out an update so fast.
The speed and performance is great, but I must say I'm slightly disappointed. I keep getting Sprint loading and installing all their bloatware crap on this device. Is there anyway you can remove that or stop it from installing? Once I go and uninstall an app, it just goes right back to downloading it. Horrible.

I'm on Sprint, non hk. Clean flash, latest firmware. Matter of fact. I had ruu and was on stock. I get the network provider fc.
Clean flashed 4.0 with latest firmware from OMJ and its working great. No issues here.

I'm using digital highs L firmware and I'm on Sprint did clean and dirty flash had to go back to the previous build

Installation Instructions:
You must be either: S-OFF, Rooted - Boot loader unlocked and with a custom recovery
1. Download latest ROM.zip and the latest MOD Pack found here
2. You MUST update your firmware to 4.20.651.10
3. Reboot into Recovery
4. Full Wipe: Dalvik Cache, Cache, Data, System
5. Install ROM
6. Boot up ROM, run through the set-up. You can now either continue to set-up the ROM, or you can go ahead and go back and flash the MOD Pack. However, make sure to boot the ROM up once and go through the initial set-up and then go back into recovery otherwise it won't work.
7. Reboot (First Boot may take up to 10 mins) for both ROM and MOD Pack

Finally removed the WiFi Nag for REAL, I led Neo onto the right .apk and he figured it out quickly

My testers have confirmed for me that all main port issues are fixed: cell, data, LTE/3g, MMS, group msg, apns, basically a 100% Sprint port build off the HTC M8 Developer Edition build blindly by myself with two testers - you know who you are.
Please do myself and yourself a favor and read post 1,2 and 3.

I encourage those to try other Roms if you are unhappy on mine. Its your phone and only you know what works best.
