Thank you so much. I am now running ZVC. Got the root working too.

Now, can I go back to ZVE and get it rooted?

Can't root on 24
Hi all and thanks in advance.
I was previously rooted and running TWRP and downgraded to 10a in order to upgrade to KK. I was able to root on 10 and then took the sequence of Verizon OTAs all the way up to 26. When I went to run Titanium, I got a super user error message. My VZ980 said I was rooted but I got a SU binary error message and was unable to install binaries. I tried IO25 And Stumproot unsuccessfully. So I went and downgraded back to 12B and am rooted again. I don't want to take the 24 OTA without figuring out how to root this again.
I'm not sure if this made a difference but I bypassed rooting attempts the first time until I got to 26. Not sure if it would have worked on 24 but want to be certain before I waste another couple hours. Thanks

IORoot25 will work on 24A and then you can OTA to 27A which will keep root.
Stump Root will work on 26A and 27A if you want to root after you've updated.
Since you're on 12B now and rooted, just take an OTA update to go to 27A and you should keep root.

Thanks. I took the long route. After going back to stock, rooting and flashing TWRP, I flashed the debloated Verizon 24A release. My understanding is that 26 and 27 offer no signicant advantages or am I incorrect?

Mostly bug fixes and able to say "I've got the latest firmware !!!"

Autorec does not work right for 27A for TWRP (24A and 26A works well)
Freedom Tool works though for TWRP (24, 26, 27)
