Can I downgrade my FXP Rom without problems?

I'm running Cyanogenmod 10.2 FXP 323 and I want downgrade my FXP to the 319. Can I do this without problems?

It should work without wipes. Just make backup in case.... And maybe you will have to fix permissions after that. But I have done it twice without problems.

    Do a backup with any root backup app. Wipe data/cache in recovery. flash the zip.
