[TOOL] HTC One 2014 (M8) All-In-One Toolkit V2.0 [4-19-2014] [PERM ROOT]

Ok I just got my replacement phone and I'm trying to get S-off but it's saying waiting for device,and I have debugging box checked and unknown source checked ,can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong plz and thanx in advance

Hi!
When I try to get the Token ID the first CMD window says:
* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon started successfully *
error: device not found

Then when I close it, the new one says:
< waiting for device >

But my phone is connected, I've installed correctly my HTC Drivers and Debug USB is turned on.

I tried to reboot phone and pc, but nothing different happened.

How can I fix it?

Install the drivers and HTC Sync, but you can't get S-Off with this tool.

Thanx for the reply,but I have all of the above done ,but it still say waiting on phone

Then it can be a USB3 probelm. I have the same problem on my PC with USB3, but if i use my old laptop with normal USB it works.
