Do You have some suggestion forse me To solve this problem?

Thanks a Lot for your help.

Hi, what code did you use? Do you still remember?

Anyway, please check the following:

- Go to Settings > More networks > Mobile networks > Network mode, and make sure the selection is 'WCDMA/GSM (auto connect)'.
- Go to Settings > More networks > Mobile networks >Access Point Names, and make sure the APN for your mobile network is still there, it is selected and its parameters are correct (e.g. APN, Proxy, Port, Username, Password, etc...). If you are not sure what parameters should be used, you may consult your service provider.

Regards.

I have a note 3 t-mobile so it says. N900t. When I run your app it says the same for the most part u til I run sn imei analysis on your app. The imei info says it's a n9005. Could you look at the screen shots and help me figure out what I have. Edit. I can't upload photos. Will try from the app.
Thank you

Please do not rely on the imei.info checking because its database is NOT always correct.

You can check the following to make sure about your phone model:
1- Look for the Model info on the IMEI sticker on the back of the phone (behind the battery).
2- Reboot the phone into the Download Mode (a.k.a Odin Mode) to see the Model.

Hope that helps.

OK I was trying to find out if the motherboard was maybe replaced. If that was the case then the sticker would possibly be wrong as the 900t and 9005 use the same hardware. So with that said then what download mode says would be more accurate correct? And is there a international t-mobile note 3 with model number sm n900t or is the international t-mobile the n9005? Thanks for everything you have already been great help

- To find out if the motherboard was replaced: Just use the menu 'Refurbishment Check'.
- And is there a international t-mobile note 3 with model number sm n900t or is the international t-mobile the n9005? No and No.

I just find the app the. You just doing perfect work my bro...
but im a little bit confused why it shows my processor the 32bit instead of 64bit?? (galaxy e7)
And please advice bcoz i just use the instruction of "other tools" & enter servicemode by *#0011# and type input Q0/Q0000 bt nothing happens,,wt actually the key for??does it activate smthg??
n how can i turn off my fast dormancy??i dont find its code..btw im in no root position on stockfirmware,,

1- Because galaxy E7 is using 32bit CPU.
2- On some model no need to input Q0 nor Q0000. Just repeat Menu > Back menu item 1 or 2 times until MAIN MENU appears.
3- AFAIK you cannot turn off fast dormancy without rooting.
