[Q] samsung s5 sm-g900f factory mode is on and cant turn off

hi all im quite new to all this so please help me out as much as possible i wont forget it ill return the favour by giving away a windows 8.1 product key to how ever solves this.....

when i boot phone i get factory mode is on and i cant turn wifi on and i get not registered on network and cant make or recieve calls. i made a backup of efs partition but i flashed it back once i didnt know i had to re run the efs backup to get the files. so i have no valid efs backup is there any other way to fix this help me try and get out of factory mode first then i can try fix not registered on network with calls and texts is there any kind of tool to reboot out of factory mode..????

yes i run factory reset and reset all data and wiped catch partition still the same...

I didn't run factory reset. When I connected the charger to the phone, it became Factory Mode.
This is what was shown:

Factory Mode
Product Name: Samsung Official
Current Binary: Official
Reactivation Lock(KK): Off
Knox Warranty Void: 0x0
Qualcomm Secureboot: Enable (CSB)
RP SWREV: S1, T1, R1, A1, P1
Secure Download: Enable
UDC Start

(Android Logo)

Do not turn off target!!

That is what is in my Samsung.
