It doesn't really adjust "back" the features. My current issue - have a Samsung S5 I use for it's waterproofiness and a HTC M8 (cause I like it better) and when I used my Samsung, the option became available immediately to use volte but when I convert back to my M8, the volte is still registered as on, and I don't get my voicemail notifications delivered to the M8. I haven't tried the hack yet to see if since its enabled in my account my M8 works but I don't have high hopes - I'm sure there's a reason it hasn't been exposed and enabled in the M8.

Closing this thread as no MOD exists... Volte is an account level provisioned service that no amount of hacking on the phone side will enable.
