Yes this is suppost to work we perform atest in the device and works. We believe wahts happend with your device could be a software conflict and need to be re-flash.

I don't think we're getting anywhere fast here. Looks like they'd just re-flash a stock ROM on it if I sent it back. Whoopee! Like I've not done that a million times.

Also, does anyone else get the impression that they're not actually english speakers considering they're supposed to be from the Irish support centre?

maybe try to upgrade the version of the app, or redownload again.
