Welcome.

Increasing the video recording time of 25 minutes to 60 minutes.

Requires ROOT.

All I'm doing with the program X-plore

We find feature.xml file and feature.xml.bak
This file is located in /system/csc/feature.xml and /system/csc/feature.xml.bak
Open these files with a text editor and add the line
<CscFeature_Camera_CamcorderMaxDuration>true</CscFeature_Camera_CamcorderMaxDuration>
and save the file.
We give file permissions 644
We do this with feature.xml file and feature.xml.bak
Restart the phone.

Sorry for my english (google translator)

How I made this work. This is for KitKat.
You'll need root, sdfix and ESfile Explorer with root explorer enabled.
Using ESfile Explorer, find the feature_default.xml file in system/etc.
Copy to external sdcard and plug the phone into your pc.
Open file with notepad++ (Window pc) and clear read-only flag.
Find the section labelled <!-- Camera --> and edit the line <CscFeature_Camera_CamcorderMaxDuration>false</CscFeature_Camera_CamcorderMaxDuration> to read
<CscFeature_Camera_CamcorderMaxDuration>true</CscFeature_Camera_CamcorderMaxDuration>.
Save the file as feature.xml onto the sdcard.
Go back to ESfile Explorer and copy feature.xml to system/csc.
In properties, set file permissions to Owner read write, Group read, Other read.
Reboot.
1080p mode will now film for 60 minutes.
