I think you are a victim of Google Translate! Your sentence doesn't mean anything in English. Maybe try to translate different sentence....

If you have a 32 Gig card - Format it in your pc to Fat32
If you have a 64 Gig card you also have to format it in your pc to Fat32

Was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on how to get rid of echoes during phone calls? I was running an older build of the ROM thought that that was the issue, but no dice. I wiped Caches + Data / Factory Reset and I'm even running the stock kernel but the echo is still there during phone calls :/

I was getting an echo (so I was told by people I was talking to) but on my Note 4 - The Note 3 didn't have an echo - Search for some other kernels that are compatible and see if this resolves your issue - I think that you had posted that you already tried arter? You are running the latest version of the Rom now?

I am running the latest version of the ROM now yes. I see that Lean Kernel was just updated recently. I'll try that and see what happens.
Which one of these should I download?:

https://idlekernel.com/cm12.1/

selinux_enforcing? And then should I choose the November 11th, one?

You can try them all if they are compatible with your device and Carrier - See if one of them fixes your echo - NANDROID before! - Only issue with SEAlinux Enforcing is with Viper4A - But there's a zip file that you can flash to get Viper4A to run with SEAlinux Enforcing.
