There is a thread on Android Original development by RaymanFX that I did not find in your list.
He is porting CyanogenMod 12 to Samsung Note 2014 10.1 wifi (SM-P600). Its a ROM that is perfectly good for daily use already...

Hello @Mr hOaX, I just wanted to say thanks for putting this thread together!!! I have had my note10.1 for little over a year now and I am thinking it is finally time to root it. My 10.1 would be the only samsung product I have thatis not rooted, but I am about to change that. It should be super eazy now, for you have done all the work and put everything I need right here in this thread. Thanks again buddy

Thumbs up
I bought the P600, because the versions with mobile network hadn't come out, yet. It's still a nice tablet after all this time, the right size for me, gay enough and the possibility to use micro sd cards. I am not a fan of Touchwiz, it's too bloated and slow. I am very disappointed, because it looks like there will be no official lollipop update, but use this to say thank you to all those great people in this forum, who really make these older devices shine like new! Just yesterday I've had enough and installed a custom rom. The rom in question is quite good, but to buggy to be useful for me, yet. I am now using the LiquidSmooth rom and it is awesome, the name really gives it away!

So to come to an end: It was a good decision when I bought it, it still is a good decision in hindsight, helped a very great deal by the wonderful people on this forum.

I just got my SGN(2014) on Monday and have almost got the Android 5.1.1 stock Rom configured like I want it. With the exception of "Watch On", everything works as I expected it to do. I just love my new tablet.I love it even more as I was able to get it for a killer price.

I managed to damage my SM-P600 behind repair and bought the SM-P605 this last week. Frankly I still think that these particular tablets are the best things out there. I'm planning on rooting it a little later today and upgrading to a Marshmallow OS as well. These tablets have only got their big brother-the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 as real competition. I'm also intrigued with the idea of getting a SIM Card and putting the tablet with my carrier. Sometimes I don't have Wi-Fi service would feel very comfortable with the carrier service to replace it.

Honestly, for under $200 I have all the capabilities of this tablet when neither the Surface Pro or IPad Pro can come anywhere near the raw power here at anywhere near the price.
